Welcome to MahaBodhi Psycho-Spiritual Wellness Clinic & Research Institute. By booking clinical sessions, utilizing our counseling services, participating in research trials, or registering for internships and workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our practitioners or accessing our website programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are engaging on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the legal guardian consenting to their therapeutic guidance.

2. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

MahaBodhi provides clinical psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, somatic therapy, past life regression, ancestral healing, and music therapy counseling. These are intended for holistic mental health alignment and personal development:

• Our services do not replace acute emergency medical treatment or high-risk psychiatric hospital interventions.
• If you are experiencing a severe psychiatric crisis, self-harm thoughts, or a medical emergency, you must immediately contact local hospital emergency facilities.

3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our clinicians and clients, we maintain the following policy:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking form or direct contact.
• Cancellations or Rescheduling: Request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to notify in advance may result in a cancellation fee or loss of that session credit.

4. Client Conduct & Alignment

We provide a safe, respectful, and comforting environment for healing. We expect clients to participate in session spaces with mutual respect. Any disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior during sessions or workshops may result in immediate termination of the treatment program without refunds.

5. Internships & Academic Programs

Registration for supervised internships, clinical training, and professional development workshops is subject to academic verification, attendance standards, and active participation. Certifications are only issued upon satisfactory completion of clinical coursework, internship hours, and supervision criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

All training manuals, clinical case modules, self-hypnosis recordings, research publications, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of MahaBodhi Psycho-Spiritual Wellness Clinic & Research Institute and are protected under copyright laws. Redistribution or commercial use of our therapeutic modules without written consent is strictly prohibited.
